Absolutely horrendous. We went to the Men's wearhouse in KCMO near Zona Rosa, the workers were rude and complete snobs. We walked in ready to order 6 tuxedos for our wedding, we went straight back to the tux desk for assistance, even though someone was sitting there we were ignored. They were struggling with the crisis of messing up someones order who was 2 hours out from their wedding. There were 6 workers there and not one person even said hi, or we will be with you in a moment, NOTHING. I had the vests all picked out and all we were waiting for was some acknowledgement of our presence, Never got it. Run away from this place and run away fast. They are hard to avoid because they pretty much have a monopoly in the tux wolrd. I reccomend JIM'S FORMAL WEAR!!!
