Great movers, highly recommend!! 7/14/2017

We cannot speak more highly of our movers. Harry Cohen was a pleasure to work with to make the plans and kept in touch with us during the move. We moved from Long Island to New Jersey. We had two vans and a crew of 5 men. They loaded the first day, sealed the trucks and delivered to us the second day. They even took a piano and large patio set to our daughter's home farther south in NJ before coming back to us. Everything was protected so well, even the piano and the glass shelves in our dining room hutch. We were very impressed with how quickly and carefully they worked. Each man was so friendly yet efficient. They had a good relationship and worked so well together sharing the responsibilities. They actually seemed to be enjoying themselves. Not a thing was broken and there was no damage to either house. Thank you Men on the Move! We would recommend you to anyone without qualification. more

Overall Good Experience ! 6/30/2017

Me on The Move was a great company to work with and we were completely satisfied with their moving service. It was our first time using their services and if anything comes up in the future we will gladly use them again. They were very professional, courteous, and careful with our things. We were not missing anything and nothing was damaged after the move. They were able to quote us a very affordable price and I really appreciate the honesty. I have heard stories of nightmare moving companies in this area so I was very hesitant to trust anyone with my things, but Men On The Move really came through and I cant thank them enough. more

This is the second time I have used Men on the Move and my experience was even better than the last. I can't say enough of the professionalism, courteousness and generosity of the crew. From the beginning phone call, to the estimation, to the confirmation call and finally the packing and moving itself? All done with the highest quality and attention to detail. It's safe to say that I will never use any other moving service ever again, Men on the Move has a customer for life! A special thank you and recognition is in order to the fantastic team of Gregg Hazel, Sidney Dixon, Ryan Anderson, Fabian Lugg and David Jenkins. All of which I literally would not have been able to move to my new place without. Thank you again, gentleman! more

Truly Deserve Best Of LI Award! 5/27/2017

We used Men on the Move about 20 years ago and were very satisfied but 20 years later you have to wonder. After reviewing several other companies we decided to go with them again and the Best Of LI rating was the clincher. We were totally satisified with the professionalism, caring and great attitudes of these guys. And, amazingly enough the actual price came in lower than the estimate....unheard of! The young men working were under the guidance of an experienced worker and took great care with our furniture which isn't anything high end but that didn't matter. They were so very careful from start to finish. Nothing was broken or missing. Without reservation we would recommend Men On The Move. more

Not only were the four guys on Craig's crew on time, they were organized, took care of items that needed TLC, did not scratch or damage a thing and were so personable!!! My toddler daughter was their biggest fans too! I'd recommend them any day and every day!! more

Hired Unprofessional Helpers, Damaged Furniture 5/9/2017

We hired Men On The Move to move us from New York to Naples, Florida. The guys on the New York end were really wonderful. Our initial person we met with, PETER, gave us a reasonable estimate and approached us professionally. They came to pack up when we asked and did a careful job with the fragile things. Nothing was broken and we were not nervous about that. They packed up on Friday and told us it will arrive in Naples in 10-14 days. However, on Monday they called and said it would not be delivered until after thanksgiving, which would make the delivery come over two weeks away. There was one man on the Naples side, ANGELO, who was great and tried to get the truck out there ASAP. They arrived about 3 weeks after we left. Two movers drove down in the truck and they hired two other people to help them unload. These other people were some random laborers, not affiliated with the company and were not professional movers. They did not know them and I felt uncomfortable with them in my house. The pro movers made these other two guys carry all the heavy furniture. They damaged our nicest piece of furniture; we were unhappy about that. I was disappointed to find out that this service was so bad since they were great in New York. I would not recommend Men On The Move. more

Wonderful!! 4/5/2017

This is the second time I have used Men on the Move. I would NEVER use any other moving service. This time, I moved the furniture and equipment from my medical office to the MOTM storage facility in Farmingdale. Thank-you to James Coppola, my relocation specialist, Jane and Ozay in Farmingdale, and special thanks to Sonny and Fabian(my moving crew). Everyone was beyond helpful. Kudos to John Beyer for assembling such an amazing group of professionals. I am looking forward to working with them again in a few months for my move to Florida more

MADE THINGS EASIER 3/23/2017

My experience with "Men On The Move" went very well. We had to reschedule due to the Nor'Easter. The following day the ice was solid and slick, and my former landlord did not shovel. I feared they would not want to risk moving the heavy items down a slippery walkway, however this did not deter my movers. They completed the job in a pleasant and professional manner. They disassembled and reassembled two pieces of furniture and arranged everything to my specifications. They were respectful and polite, and made a stressful day less overwhelming. Good Job! more
