Excellent!!! (and priced LESS!) 3/29/2015

I looked into 3 companies, and Men on the Move was the least expensive. I went with them because of that and also the very recent positive reviews I read on them. I was very pleasantly surprised. Careful, considerate and punctual, they showed up and with a positive attitude went about moving our entire household. I was, and am knocked out. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. more

Poor 3/29/2015

Men on the Move was recommended to me so I thought I was getting a good moving company But this was not true. I was estimated at $2500.00 with 6 men and 8 hours of work. They arrived at my home at 8:30 am and did not leave till 11:30 pm. and with overtime hours it cost me another $2000.00 .They needed to get a larger truck and they were not very careful with those boxes that clearly stated FRAGILE. They broke some of my very expensive furniture and lost the legs to my couch. My family and I carried more boxes in the house then they did yet they got overtime pay. Very dissapointed with this company. more

Men On The Move helped me with a move over the summer from Baldwin to Uniondale. The guys were terrific and worked very hard from start to finish. They were prompt, friendly, and efficient. I was really happy with them so I plan on using them again next month. more

Excellent Experience. 3/19/2015

I hired Men On The Move for a local move, about a year ago. I was waiting to move in to a home, but the previous tenant still had about 20 percent of his belongings in the house. To tell the truth, I thought the moving company was going to take my stuff to a storage company instead, but they waited with me, and I appreciate it. I know time is money, especially for a moving company, but they understood my dilemma, which was actually a nightmare for me, and Men On The Move got job done. more

Men on the Move did an amazing job on our moving day. Everything was wrapped and protected and there was not a scratch on anything. All fragile items like large mirrors and the TV arrived in perfect condition. The crew was courteous and efficient. They even helped with non moving things like loading my car and helping with trash. They were great both on packing and unloading. Dropping off the wardrobes in advance was a huge help. I would definitely use them again. more

Excellent movers 3/3/2015

They worked fast and made sure everything was moved with extreme care. Moved into a new home and there was no damage to anything, home still looked brand new when they were done. All my instructions were followed and the leader of the team was on top of everything. Very professional. Would happily use them again. more

Efficient and professional 2/16/2015

Men on the move helped me move almost 15 years ago. I called again and had a seamless experience begining with the time I called to find out about sending a storage unit full of memories interstate. All my questions were immediately answered. I received a prompt estimate and on the day of pick up found the two men to be professional, insuring the boxes would be shipped without incident. more
