Review content:
This by far is the worst of the worst managment companies I have seen. They collect your fees and tell you that your building cant be pressure washed because neighbors are not paying assessments. Every response blames the homeowners and leaves them with a grammy for perfect B.S. This company is rude, unethical, and mentally retarded to the concept of fair business practices. Worst off they brainwash the board to keep them under contract until a true Hellraising Homeowner reports this bad mangement to the board members and provide proof of how unaccountable and irresponsible this company really is. Cons: They get paid to do nothing
