I noticed my tailpipe hanging and could not understand why and how this just appeared all of sudden. I took it to the dealer and they told me I needed a new muffler and it was going to be $920.00. I was like ""for a muffler."" I called Meineke and Jim said bring it in and we will look at it at no cost. I brought it in, they immediately inspected the vehicle and it was not my muffler after all it was my rear resister and they were able to weld it back together and it cost me $140.00. They save me nearly $800. This place could have told me anything was wrong and charged me less than $920.00 and I would have done the work. I feel they were knowledgeable, quick and honest. I highly recommend and will continue going there. Way to go Meineke. Thanks!!! more

I came in for just an oil change, and a couple of other problems cropped up in the diagnosis. Even though the place was busy, one of my car issues was fixed right away upon my request. John, the manager, is very friendly and professional. He has the customers' best interest at heart, and the mechanics who work under him (Matt, Tim, etc.) are stellar. John's wife, Lisa, offered to drive me to my apartment so I could fetch my computer because the repair was going to take a while. That was so kind of her to give me a ride (and giving customers rides is actually part of the service). My car is running fantastically now thanks to everyone's hard work. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the people here. Not sure about the negative reviews I read... my experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend this Meineke! more

I actually had a coupon for a 19.99 oil change at Firestone, and I asked the manager if they accept competitors coupons, he stated that he would take the coupon and I got my oil changed for 19.99 plus tax. I think this would be a great venue for your business if you accept competitors coupons, it may greatly increase your business more

This was a special fix. They welded a piece into the tailpipe instead of replacing the entire exhaust header which would have caused me to junk the car. Although I felt the job was about $50 too high, it was worth it when i considered the alternative. more

Victoria at the Branford Meineke was very knowledgeable in answering my questions and assured that my car repair was fixable. And she was right. A lovely young lady to have at the front desk... And Bob, well I can't say enough. I have been doing business with him at Meineke for twenty years and he has always been honest and helpful. The man knows his stuff. Matter of fact I told him the other day he could never retire. more
