I came in for just an oil change, and a couple of other problems cropped up in the diagnosis. Even though the place was busy, one of my car issues was fixed right away upon my request. John, the manager, is very friendly and professional. He has the customers' best interest at heart, and the mechanics who work under him (Matt, Tim, etc.) are stellar. John's wife, Lisa, offered to drive me to my apartment so I could fetch my computer because the repair was going to take a while. That was so kind of her to give me a ride (and giving customers rides is actually part of the service). My car is running fantastically now thanks to everyone's hard work. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the people here. Not sure about the negative reviews I read... my experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend this Meineke!
