I noticed my tailpipe hanging and could not understand why and how this just appeared all of sudden. I took it to the dealer and they told me I needed a new muffler and it was going to be $920.00. I was like ""for a muffler."" I called Meineke and Jim said bring it in and we will look at it at no cost. I brought it in, they immediately inspected the vehicle and it was not my muffler after all it was my rear resister and they were able to weld it back together and it cost me $140.00. They save me nearly $800. This place could have told me anything was wrong and charged me less than $920.00 and I would have done the work. I feel they were knowledgeable, quick and honest. I highly recommend and will continue going there. Way to go Meineke. Thanks!!!
