Avoid this Dealership. Experience poor customer service when purchasing the car. At other dealerships I have gotten car washed when serviced, not the case here. Go elsewhere!!!! more

Rafael told us we would get more for our almost brand new Nissan. We were told we were pre approved for another car. After driving way far away they tried to set the terms. They also tried to low ball us and give us less for our car and tried to sell us the car for way more than advertised. Rafael ugnored us so that he could help other customers after he was the one who told us to come out there and said he could do better than the other dealerships when he did nothing more

Lord, read reviews before you go places. I had quite the ordeal in finding my new-used car. This place is way far South, like when the freeway starts having paintings of the ocean on it, and this is extremely out of my way but I was willing to drive some miles to find my perfect car. They said they had it here and I was approved for credit so my husband and I made an appointment with Ivy and drove all the way down here. Upon arrival we were greeted with the paperwork and waited...The guy comes to help us and he was very nice, but as he goes to get the key it's obvious he's taking a while. When he comes back he says "Was there something else you wanted to look at, a Charger perhaps?" Do you really think I drove all the way here without knowing exactly what I wanted? I was then informed that my car had been taken to auction hours ago. I asked then why did Ivy make an appointment with me today? "Oh she didn't know." Seriously, this is how you do business? I had to leave before my husband started stealing pens to compensate for the lost gas. more

Just picked up my brand new Rogue from McDavid Nissan and I just wanted to share with everyone about my fantastic experience here at McDavid Nissan. I sometimes get the run around at dealers who don't know all the ins and outs of helping a small business owner purchase a vehicle for their business. If you don't know what you are doing they can really stick it to you. I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent level of service I received from the Mcdavid's Fleet Department. Tons of in-stock inventory, knowledgable staff. Thanks for all your assistance more

I went to this dealer becuase they helped my friend get into a new vehicle even though she had credit issues. I honestly didn't think they were going to be able to help me and if they could I was sure they would try to overcharge me. Turns out the banks won't even let them do that. There is just a set amount the bank will even lend money. I told them NO money down but I was sure I was going to have to get a cosigner. but guess what NOPE. No money down, no co-signer. I was really happy for what they gave me for my little car and now I have a brand new car to go to school in style!! I am a happy loyal customer that will be using this dealer in the future. If you have credit issues I think they specialize in that because they treated me really good and got me exactly what I wanted. more

Don't do it - do some research - Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!! I was searching on-line for a 2011 Nissan and got excited about the so called internet pricing - be aware of the product you are shopping for and be educated. Originally found this Dealer on Carscom and felt reasonably comfortable with the shopping on-line experience until . . . . Yea, you guessed it!!!! That deal was too good to be true. This Dealer, McDavid Nissan, takes a baseline car and has an outside service to beef it up to seem as though it is the real McCoy. But don't you believe for a minute, even their advertisement is misleading to an untrained eye. So, Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!! Research all the options and make certain to be cautious of details. If you want a car with imitation aftermarket dress-up parts, bells & whistles, this is the place to go. But if you want a true manufacturer product with real re-sale value, do not purchase a vehicle from this Dealer. They re-define Dealer if you ask me. I believe their marketing and presentation of the Nissan product is unfair to the Manufacturer and to the general public. I am soooo thankful that I did not allow myself to be overtaken by these guys. Not to mention making a four hour drive to their showroom for a vehicle that was not truly as it should be and based on other readings - probably did not even exists.
