Lord, read reviews before you go places. I had quite the ordeal in finding my new-used car. This place is way far South, like when the freeway starts having paintings of the ocean on it, and this is extremely out of my way but I was willing to drive some miles to find my perfect car. They said they had it here and I was approved for credit so my husband and I made an appointment with Ivy and drove all the way down here. Upon arrival we were greeted with the paperwork and waited...The guy comes to help us and he was very nice, but as he goes to get the key it's obvious he's taking a while. When he comes back he says "Was there something else you wanted to look at, a Charger perhaps?" Do you really think I drove all the way here without knowing exactly what I wanted? I was then informed that my car had been taken to auction hours ago. I asked then why did Ivy make an appointment with me today? "Oh she didn't know." Seriously, this is how you do business? I had to leave before my husband started stealing pens to compensate for the lost gas.
