HVAC Services Top Notch 9/21/2016

I have used McCarthy extensively for plumbing and HVAC services at my home. While I have been satisfied with their work, the latest technicians are even more professional than those of the past. Steve H performed a thorough diagnostic check of my HVAC recently. To my knowledge he is the first that brought state of art diagnostic equipment with him. I can tell a true professional when I watch them go through their inspection. He checked stuff like carbon monoxide levels, temperature performance, and filters. He was professional in every respect answering all my questions about properly maintaining the system. I hope McCarthy keeps hiring workers with his work ethic and competence. Also professionalism is evident in the support office staff as well. In the past I contacted McCarthy to schedule my annual services. Outreach by office staff was a welcome surprise. They contacted me to set up an appointment. It makes me feel like they care about my business with them more

Routine check-up 7/2/2016

Danny Mixon was thorough and professional in his plumbing inspection and the drainage of our water heater. I appreciated the time he took to show and model for me how to clean the filter at the bottom of our tank. I had no idea I was suppose to be cleaning it the last three years! That should have been pointed out by the installers. more

Review of Services 5/26/2016

Danny M has done an excellent job fixing the toilet. He is thorough and well knowledgeable with years of experience. He is pleasant to deal with. However, McCarthy Services has the following short comings: - Staff do not effectively communicate with the service representative about the requested service and the parts needed for the service. - Prices are high and if only they drop the prices, the company can attract more clients and business. more

Francisco's visit on April 21, 2015 5/2/2015

Mr. Vigil's visit was most beneficial since he solved several long-standing problems. He replaced a toilet handle that had developed an unfortunate habit of falling off. He also fixed a kitchen faucet that was beginning to drip by giving it a good cleaning. In both cases he fixed the problem rather than install a new fixture. That saved us lots of money. I would have Francisco back anytime! more

I want to commendation one of your exceptional employees, Franciso Virgil. He was amazing, polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He displayed great patience and went to great measurements to bring clarity and understanding to all of my mother’s questions. My mother was nervous and suspicious that she would be taken advantage of due to the urgency and nature of the plumbing problem. She has since regained hope in mankind due to her encounter with Mr. Virgil. She found him to be honest, truthful as he looked her in the eye and spoke in a manner that gave her peace and assurance. This was our first time using McCarthy Service and we were pleasantly surprise by the quality service received and the outstanding representative sent to our home. Excellent experience with Timothy 4/4/2015

Timothy's customer service was excellent. The purpose of his visit was a routine HVAC inspection. He recommended three part replacements, and when we opted to replace two of them, he went ahead and did the repairs right away. He also changed the AC filter without us asking him to. The price was very reasonable too. more

Thorough and well-done plumbing work 3/30/2015

Randall D from McCarthy Services did an excellent job on a significant plumbing project at my home. He replaced a main water shut-off valve, installed a pressure-reducing valve, a new laundry tub/sink and faucet and cleared a drain line. He was careful in his work and took the time to do the job properly. I recommend his work. more
