Danny M has done an excellent job fixing the toilet. He is thorough and well knowledgeable with years of experience. He is pleasant to deal with.
However, McCarthy Services has the following short comings:
- Staff do not effectively communicate with the service representative about the requested service and the parts needed for the service.
- Prices are high and if only they drop the prices, the company can attract more clients and business.
