Mc Lean's Auto Body & Paint

Unfortunately we've had several incidents over the last 4-5 months which caused us to go and work with McLean's Auto Body & Paint. There were two incidents within my own family and another incident with another family member I was assisting. The experiences were all similar to each other. McClean's Auto Body & Paint tried to communicate about whatever needed to be discussed in a timely fashion, and the work was done in a timely fashion as well. They're a local business so I was aware of them. I've been living in the area for years and McLean's has been in business for years. I've dealt with them in the past and they are one of the preferred auto body repair shops that are already under contract with our insurance company. It was much easier to work with McLean's rather than to go with another company that's not affiliated. The incident is one in which the customer is involved with stress that caused it in the first place, so it would be an uncomfortable situation. However, McLean's Auto Body and Paint handled the work and customer interface with a high degree of professionalism that is to be commended! more

I had used McLean's Auto Body & Paint many years ago, and I just used them again recently. They are totally nice people. They told me right away what was going on and they kept in contact with me. The car was done as fast as possible and the quality of the work was great. more

I have used McLean's a couple of times now for repairs. The first time, my car was hit by a boat that was on a trailer and McLean's repaired it. The second time, in another freak accident, a loose wheel bouncing down the road hit my car on the bumper area. McLean's is very attentive. They let you know what needs to be done and they seem to knock themselves out to get things done quickly. This last time I used their service, they removed the bumper and found more damage than they thought was there, so they let me know that the repairs would take a little longer. Everything turned out better than I expected because when I got my car back, it looked like they had washed and polished it. I would recommend McLean's to others.
