Unfortunately we've had several incidents over the last 4-5 months which caused us to go and work with McLean's Auto Body & Paint. There were two incidents within my own family and another incident with another family member I was assisting. The experiences were all similar to each other. McClean's Auto Body & Paint tried to communicate about whatever needed to be discussed in a timely fashion, and the work was done in a timely fashion as well. They're a local business so I was aware of them. I've been living in the area for years and McLean's has been in business for years. I've dealt with them in the past and they are one of the preferred auto body repair shops that are already under contract with our insurance company. It was much easier to work with McLean's rather than to go with another company that's not affiliated. The incident is one in which the customer is involved with stress that caused it in the first place, so it would be an uncomfortable situation. However, McLean's Auto Body and Paint handled the work and customer interface with a high degree of professionalism that is to be commended!
