Mbm Moving Systems

First off not an honest company.. Fronted as United.. Paper says united but in upper left in small print is mbm moving systems.. Did not see till day drivers picked up.. Started off rocky but Toby and his crew were awesome.. Very professional.. I was told my items were a direct ship and would stay on the truck.. Not to worry.. Because this was my life treasures I was trusting them with.. I was told to call three days after to check on weight and when my items were to arrive. I was given 12-21 to 1-5 but told it would not take that long..Well i was a fool.. After they left I goggled the MBM and what i read made me sick.. But I said I have to have faith hopefully I would be one of the lucky ones..I call three days later and talked to Dante and he told me my weight and I asked about delivery he said no date yet but dont worry. So I have a tentative date of 12-27 so I flew my whole family of 6 to AZ from Charlotte NC.. My uncle who is 73 is on oxygen and it is where on that truck.. but I was told 7 days max so I could rent some for a few days that turned into weeks..So dec 26th I called back and get lovely Dangelo.. NOT he is rude and has no customer service skills what so ever. But he fits right in with the rest of the losers that work there. And Tamika must be sleeping with the head boss because that is all she can be head of since she NEVER CALLS YOU BACK.. Manger I laugh.. I wish I could get 6 of these horror stories together to start a class action against them.. They make promises they don't keep but like Dangelo says get it in writing.. I call again on JAn 2nd to get... Well we can not deliver your items it is not cost effect for us get another company.. I lost it.. Omg in that time the driver calls me to tell me my stuff has been moved into storage and the promise he made me he can not keep. I was horrified omg i was sick. SO i call frank as I was told found another company and called to give him there name.. All the horror stories I was told about him like he hires all felons to exploit them and make them do this or he will have there probation revoke. Yes horror stories went away the moment i talked to him. He said I got another call and can have this too you faster than the other company can you trust me. And I did. And he is a man of his word. My items arrived by the time he promised1-16-18 -2014 and the driver Brian and his crew Eric were great. I refused to sign as I saw some damages and a few items missing but over all I got my stuff that I missed greatly. Still waiting for a supervisor to call me.. As they say i will put in a request and within 24 hrs she will call back, yeah right, I got 360 off and will i ever use them again. NEVER WILL I tell my story YES TO ANYONE THAT WILL LISTEN.. I am filing with the bbb and have put complaints in to the attorney general. Someone should be held responsible. They should not be allowed to do this, But I was luck and it could have been a lot worse if it was not for the drivers and Frank.. I thank them from the bottom of my heart, But the rest I don't know how they sleep at night, lying, stealing and cheating people..\r \r \r more

I would like to thank MBM for excellent customer service provided during my move. The movers were hard working and did an excellent job. I must admit the price was higher than others I spoke with, but well worth the cost. \r Thanks again. more

I was on a month-to-month lease at my old apartment and the extra fees were starting to be too much. So as soon as I found a new place, I wanted to get out of the money pit as soon as possible. I booked this company right away and my moving date was set for 2 weeks later. From Day One, everyone was as friendly as they could possibly be. Even though I had a million and one questions regarding my move, they never got frustrated with me. As far as the movers and the actual staff goes, I have to say that they were nothing short of spectacular. They spent over an hour packing up my things and putting extra blanket wrapping in all of the boxes. I was impressed that they went to great lengths to make sure all of my items were well taken cared of. This was an excellent company! more

Like everyone else, I thought that moving meant lifting heavy stuff and dealing with a tremendous amount of stress. Well, that was really going to be my reality until I found this company online. They initially caught my attention because their prices were the best ones I could find. Since I was near broke, I was quick to jump for the cheapest rate I could find. Even though my friends warned me that the decision would come back to haunt me, I am glad it didn't. Sure the movers were an hour late, but they made up a lot of time by being so fast and I was amazed at how they were able to move all of my huge appliances with the greatest of ease. All in all, I would say that I got a deal. They were super cheap and all of my things were delivered in good condition. more

When I hired this company I was worried that they wouldn’t get my things delivered to me on time. One of their agents told me that in some cases delivery could take up to 45 days. Even though I was worried, I knew that I needed to get it done and out of the way already. To my surprise, my furniture was delivered well ahead of time and nothing was broken or missing. It was honestly a real pleasure working with these guys. They were friendly and informative from day one and everyone did their part to make sure they were punctual. Thanks to their fast moving I got to enjoy a few extra days off from work with my family. more

I worked in a factory in Raleigh for the past 25 years. So when I retired and bought a home in New Jersey, the last thing I wanted to do was work. MBM Moving Systems packed up all of my things for me and loaded them up in a large moving truck. I got to my new place and they were about 5 hours behind me as planned. I had to scream at one of the movers for using his phone too much. Other than that, everything went just fine. I really think this is the best deal you can get if you're moving long distance. more

Man I honestly loved living in Atlanta. But sometimes you just have to go where your career leads you, right? Before I moved to Greenville I didn't know much about the city, but I knew that I needed a moving company that would move a lot of things for a little bit of money. My sister told me about MBM Moving Systems and it was like I hit the jackpot with them. Since they have a huge warehouse in North Carolina I knew that my things would be safe at all times. more

Like most business owners, I don't really have a lot of free time. So when me and my wife bought a new home in Miami, I knew that we would need to hire a moving company. I was drawn to MBM Moving Systems because of the price. After all, we are always looking to save as much money as we can. Even though the movers were cheap, they didn't slack off or give a half-hearted effort. I admit that I screamed at the movers for being late, but other than that everything went well. more

I had a bad experience with these guys. Also, reading the other reviews, all the positive reviews are by people that created accounts on the day they posted their review. And, they have never reviewed anything else. I think those reviews are bogus. more

MBM was actually a pleasant surprize. I was expecting a complete mess, hiring a moving company but I had absolutely no problems. more

Nothing was chipped. I wasn't so sure that everything would arrive in one piece that I had in my china cabinet but it did. Movers were professional and kind, Would use again more
