Ed S. 4 Months ago\r Redo 2 Bath rooms with all new Valves and fixtures plus replaced floor tiles. All work scheduled for a 6 day of work, once started every thing went like clock work each day was scheduled and completed plus we added 2 new main water valve replacements. No problem all completed, then Kitchen sink valve and counter tops done with 1 hour to spare for clean up \r The entire team was great and the price paid was worth it. \r Kudos to Mattioni's. more

Satisfied Customer 6/25/2013

We had a hot water heater that wasn't heating. Within minutes after I called, I got a call back from the scheduler and he expected to have someone out in about 30 minutes. DAVE W was there in less than thirty minutes and got right to work (complete with blue "booties"). He got back to me very quickly with a diagnosis and two possible solutions and explained them very clearly. The water heater is coming up on 9 years old and I decided to opt for the cheaper solution. DAVE W agreed and made no attempt to sell the more expensive (and perhaps better solution). He quickly completed the job and the hot water was flowing. DAVE W was prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional throughout his visit. From my initial call to the final solution was less than 2 hours. Excellent service from an excellent company with excellent employees (if Dave W is a good example). more

John M came for the service call I placed for 3 seperate plumbing issues I had,. He arrived on time, was very professional and knew just what to do to repair the problems. I am very pleased with the results, I would not hesitate to use Mattioni Plumbing in the future. more

I've just used Mattioni Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Inc. a couple times. They always came on a timely basis and communicated well. If they don't do it right the first time, they'll come back immediately at no extra charge. I found out about Mattioni Plumbing through my networking company. What stood out to me was the quality of the people involved. They have been taking care of my plumbing for nine months. Mattioni Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Inc. is very good and I would recommend them! more

Everything went just as expected. 8/26/2011

We were in the process of selling our house and the buyers demanded an inspection based on something their inspector misidentified. We had our technician from Mattioni Plumbing write up something for them and everything went just as expected. We have had the same technician working our system for the last 3 years, so we knew that it had been well maintained and that the inspector wasn't right. more

I learn as I go 7/15/2010

I thought I had three leaking toilets in my house. It turns out the pressure reducing valve in my house wasn't working. John replaced the valve and all the toilets stopped leaking. He also replace the main water shut off valve in my house since that wasn't working either. I should have called them first. I wouldn't have replaced all the flappers twice in my house. Oh well, I learn as I go. They seem to be very good competent people. more

Mattioni-Pricey but worth it 1/11/2010

Excellent service on phone and in person. They are very responsive. They use flat rate pricing for most things, so the technicians aren't necessarily getting paid to rush to the next job. The technicians are very knowledgable and thorough. Prices are not good, but I think you get what you pay for! more

Mattioni The Plumbing & Htg Co...good people. 7/10/2009

Very responsive. I had an emergency when I came home after work to find my entire basement floor flooded. Hot water heater leaked. They came out within an hour and replaced it that night. Technician was very nice and did a great job more
