Review content:
We had a hot water heater that wasn't heating. Within minutes after I called, I got a call back from the scheduler and he expected to have someone out in about 30 minutes. DAVE W was there in less than thirty minutes and got right to work (complete with blue "booties"). He got back to me very quickly with a diagnosis and two possible solutions and explained them very clearly. The water heater is coming up on 9 years old and I decided to opt for the cheaper solution. DAVE W agreed and made no attempt to sell the more expensive (and perhaps better solution). He quickly completed the job and the hot water was flowing. DAVE W was prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional throughout his visit. From my initial call to the final solution was less than 2 hours. Excellent service from an excellent company with excellent employees (if Dave W is a good example).
