We took our ford expedition to Steve for service since we were so pleased at the service we received on our audi. He did a great job and charged a fair price. What more can you ask for? Needless to say, next time something goes wrong we will automatically call masters hand. Thank you. more

We are very happy with the service we received at masters hand. They did a great job replacing the gas tank of our 2004 audi which was a very involved job. They are very professional and charge a fair price. it is hard to find a good honest mechanic these days so we feel fortunate that we found masters hand. On a scale of 1 to 5, give them a 10! Another fast, friendly experience! 9/2/2015

Yesterday I phoned Masters Hand with need for a state inspection. Being a busy small business professional myself, I often have very little time during the week to address such things. The gracious woman who answered my call seemed instinctively to know this. In fact she knew I was a regular customer and that my work demands nearly all my weekday time. This being the case, she offered that while they did not have any bay's open at the time, she anticipated one open around 2-3pm. Around that time, she phoned me back, let me know one was open, and I made my way over. Once there, my car was inspected and I was back on my way in about 30 minutes. Couldn't have been easier. This crew is fast, fair, honest, and as nice as folks can be. Highly recommend!!! more

Quick, honest, friendly service 7/29/2015

Had to have a headlight replaced after an incident with a deer last year. This shop gave me a fair price, was courteous and friendly, and did not try to scare me into getting extra service that I didn't need. I will be coming to this shop exclusively for all my auto repair and maintenance needs from now on! more
