I was having a hard time find someone in Asheville to service my Lexus GS 300. Steve knew exactly what it needed and fixed in a timely,cost effective manner. I will be at the door if I need anything else. more

Scheduled Maintenance et al 3/23/2016

Owner and employees were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to complete coolant flush, transmission fluid replacements, serpentine belt replacement, oil change, oil pressure sensor replacement, tire pressure adjustments and NC inspection in approximately 3 & 1/2 hours while I waited. more

Quick service for an out of towner 2/28/2016

I came up to Asheville from Floida, driving almost the whole way with a check engine light on. Steve got me in right away and fixed things so I could get back to Florida. Steve and Master's Hand get five GOLD stars! Thank you. more

Great service! So glad I stumbled onto them! 2/21/2016

I had just moved to the Asheville NC area when my Ford F-150 started having brake issues. Not knowing any auto repair service shops in the area I went to the web and found Master's Hand and gave the a call. So glad I did. Steve was quick to give me a very thorough assessment of what my truck needed and was ready to have me bring it in immediately. The work was done on time and at the quoted price--brakes are as good as new. To top it off, when my wife brought me back to pick it up Steve took care of a leak in one of the tires in her car and gave it a quick assessment, pointing out a few things that would need attention soon--all at no charge. So pleased to have a reliable, professional, and courteous car service shop for our future needs! more

Now that we just had our Toyota 4runner repaired,I can say that Steve can do a great job at a fair price on the big three. not gm, ford and chrysler. But american, German and japanese! Whatever kind of car you drive, you can feel confident that Steve and his crew can fix it. more
