Yesterday I phoned Masters Hand with need for a state inspection. Being a busy small business professional myself, I often have very little time during the week to address such things. The gracious woman who answered my call seemed instinctively to know this. In fact she knew I was a regular customer and that my work demands nearly all my weekday time. This being the case, she offered that while they did not have any bay's open at the time, she anticipated one open around 2-3pm. Around that time, she phoned me back, let me know one was open, and I made my way over. Once there, my car was inspected and I was back on my way in about 30 minutes. Couldn't have been easier. This crew is fast, fair, honest, and as nice as folks can be. Highly recommend!!!
