I had just moved to the Asheville NC area when my Ford F-150 started having brake issues. Not knowing any auto repair service shops in the area I went to the web and found Master's Hand and gave the a call. So glad I did. Steve was quick to give me a very thorough assessment of what my truck needed and was ready to have me bring it in immediately. The work was done on time and at the quoted price--brakes are as good as new. To top it off, when my wife brought me back to pick it up Steve took care of a leak in one of the tires in her car and gave it a quick assessment, pointing out a few things that would need attention soon--all at no charge. So pleased to have a reliable, professional, and courteous car service shop for our future needs!
