I have wanted my white couch cleaned for 6 months, and apparently white couches are a nightmare. Some vendors wouldn't take me as a customer because they didn't want the liability. When I asked them what they meant by that they said that there is usually shrinkage with slip-cover white couches. Louis, at Master Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, was the 5th or 6th company I called. He was very honest and straightforward with me when I was asking him questions about whether he was comfortable cleaning it. He specializes in white, slip covers, and his ad reflected that as well. The technician, Greg, was very professional. He knew exactly what to do and what furniture to move. He asked for some clean towels for the floor to put the damp cushions on. He was very professional and gave good instructions. The price was good and comparative to other companies. I even upgraded to the stain repellent protector for the couch. It looks great. It dried beautifully, and it is back to white. more

The experience with Master Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning was great, and the cleaning was fantastic. The service was good, but the wait time was a little lengthy. I had to wait for the scheduled pickup, and then it took 2 weeks past what they said it would have been normally. It was during the holidays. They cleaned two carpets for us. One was a full wool carpet, and there was also a larger synthetic one that really needed cleaning. They both came out superbly. Call early, make an appointment, and make sure you give them plenty of time. more
