Master Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning was very responsive to my needs. They followed up with a phone call once the cleaner was there, they followed up again maybe a week or two later to see if I was was happy, then they followed up again with a thank you card. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I would use them again in the future. The employee that came out to do the cleaning was very friendly, and very professional, so overall I was very, very happy.
