The drove my car for an appraisal and scratched the front of it. They admitted they scratched my car in the police report, but refuse to pay for repairs. Now I'll have to waste my time in court. more

Wish I could give this place no stars. Brought in my Chrysler because the AC wasn't working and the car was leaking transmission fluid. For the AC they said I needed to replace the evaporator and drier and charge the system and the cost would be $1,740 plus tax. For the transmission they said I needed to replace the transmission cooler lines and solenoid assembly for $646 plus tax. Then for good measure they told me they needed to re-seal the car's oil pan for $445 plus tax. I took my car to my regular mechanic for a second opinion. He said there was no oil pan problem and that the AC just needed refrigerant and the transmission a new gasket. He did the diagnosis, replaced both parts and cleaned everything up for just a little over $200 (versus the over $2,800 quote Massey Yardley gave me). AC is great and no transmission leaks ever since. The people at Massey Yardley should be ashamed of themselves. more

We purchased a PT Cruiser Convertible at this location, with a Chrysler warranty. About 4 weeks into having the car, it would not turn on in different occasions and dates, leaving us stranded or late for work. We have towed the car to the Service department on numerous occasions for over a month. Massey Yardley, has been unable to located the problem and much less fix it and have basically given up. more
