Wish I could give this place no stars.
Brought in my Chrysler because the AC wasn't working and the car was leaking transmission fluid.
For the AC they said I needed to replace the evaporator and drier and charge the system and the cost would be $1,740 plus tax.
For the transmission they said I needed to replace the transmission cooler lines and solenoid assembly for $646 plus tax.
Then for good measure they told me they needed to re-seal the car's oil pan for $445 plus tax.
I took my car to my regular mechanic for a second opinion. He said there was no oil pan problem and that the AC just needed refrigerant and the transmission a new gasket. He did the diagnosis, replaced both parts and cleaned everything up for just a little over $200 (versus the over $2,800 quote Massey Yardley gave me). AC is great and no transmission leaks ever since.
The people at Massey Yardley should be ashamed of themselves.
