In 2013 went to their Silver Spring, MD office. The Dr. was good and had good results. But no one would talk to me about the insuracne contracted rate and my portion to be billed. I asked twice and both times was told the policy is to wait until the insurance sent the EOB after the service is provided. They charged me as slef pay VS the insurance contracted rate, which is illeagal. I had to work with the insurance co., asked them to send a certified letter and then I got a PARTIAL refund. Cannot recommend MOSA because they knowingly over charge patients NOT WORTH IT! Shame the Dr was good, but in my 30 years of having dental work done never experienced such blatent abuse of over-charging! more

My experience with Dr. Stark in Rockville last year was the 2nd worst experience of my life only after being the victim of a violent crime. After waking up from my wisdom teeth being removed I began hyperventilating, my heart started racing and I went into a full blown panic attack. Rather than bring back my boyfriend (who they had insisted be at the facility the entire time I was) as I was crying and screaming for them to do, his staff tried to comfort me themselves even after I asked not to be touched. The true kidney punch was Dr Stark snarkingly asking me how old I was. There was no follow up from the office, no apology for the behavior of their staff, and they have already enlisted the help of a reputation service to remove my prior review. Dr Stark is a horrible human being and a cruddy doctor if he doesn't know that a known side effect of versed is paranoia and hyperventilation. A further note to the office managers at MOSA, you could have avoided this review by showing ANY HUMAN COMPASSION and I will continue to post this review any time you should remove it.
