In 2013 went to their Silver Spring, MD office. The Dr. was good and had good results. But no one would talk to me about the insuracne contracted rate and my portion to be billed. I asked twice and both times was told the policy is to wait until the insurance sent the EOB after the service is provided. They charged me as slef pay VS the insurance contracted rate, which is illeagal. I had to work with the insurance co., asked them to send a certified letter and then I got a PARTIAL refund. Cannot recommend MOSA because they knowingly over charge patients NOT WORTH IT! Shame the Dr was good, but in my 30 years of having dental work done never experienced such blatent abuse of over-charging!
