The absolute worst decision we ever made was to hire this company to manage our property i give them zero stars run away run far away our experience was absolutely horrible anyone that gives them a positive review is lying do not hire them i wish i had read these reviews first they lie and lie and lie its been almost two months since our contract with them ended and i have still not received my tenants security deposit and the remaining balance on our account more

I was trying to rent from this realiter and I waited almost 2 week to get any kind of answer from them. Every time I talked to anyone on the phone they we're nothing but rude. They were never in their office. Then they tried telling me that they didn't accept co signers which on the app it saysays otherwise...so I wasted 70$ for nothing. I would never recommend this reality to anyone!!!! more

we are moving out as soon as possible . The managment is awful and they lie and are lazy . I agree....look elsewhere!! more

I've been previous renter from MI for almost 6 years and both Jason and Melissa have been good Realtors. I strongly recommend them. more

Isn't it funny how these recent positive reviews all happened on the same day. Damage control ? Hm.. well my experience with them has been awful. They are completely useless. Every time I call they are incredibly rude for no reason. They never respond to emails. They are terrible book keepers. But god forbid they acknowledge any mistake was made on their part. It's always somehow the tenants fault. To avoid the headaches that this conpany (that was actually a typo but I decided to leave it as it seemed appropriate.) I recommend you look elsewhere. more

I've rented from Martini Investment's going on 7 years this August and had no problems. Every time I have had an issue or problem, no mater what time of day, or what day of week, I've been answered and problem taken care of in a professional and timely manor. if I had a property to be managed I would hire this company more

We have been renting through Martini Investments for about three years now. From the very beginning we have found the staff to be very friendly, professional, and quick to resolve any issues that have come up. Our unit is well maintained and we are very happy with the awesome team at Martini. more

Martini worked with me to find a place for me to move in after my divorce. My credit is not good, but they worked with me to find a property that would accept me while I rebuild my life and credit. After two years of renting from them, I am renting a great house for me and my kids!! more

We moved in July 1, 2014. So far our experience with Melissa and Jason has been very pleasant. We moved into a house that tenants did not the care of it the way they should have. However Melissa and Jason have done nothing but help us correct the issues. I met with Melissa, she noted the issues and immediately sent in work orders to fix them. We also had a few issues with the hoa about lawn condition and trash left outside due to the previous tenants leaving their things and not taking care of the lawn. Melissa and Jason were very prompt on informing us of the issues so we could take care of them before receiving any potential fines. I appreciate their diligence and patience in all of these matters and I'm sure they will be most helpful with anything to come. Thank you. Heather @ Kettle Drum more

I rented with them and while I loved the space, I moved out primarily because the property management was so aggravating and shady. In summary: -Poorly handled finances. -Bills and documents with incorrect dates. -Regularly getting my name and address wrong on billing and documents. -Only getting my bills from him/them maybe 50% of the time, and having to call/email repeatedly to get them the rest of the time. (It shouldn't be so difficult to pay bills!) -Generally hard to get in touch with, regardless the reason. -General disorganization. Took 3 or 4 calls to get the actual number of a repair guy when our fridge died. -Doesn't clean properties between tenants - Cat hair all over my baseboard, a pizza left in the fridge. -General lack of knowledge of property - Didn't know the walls were painted. Didn't realize the patio had no railings. When I tried to professionally express my frustration, he told me he had too many other properties to deal with my little issues (isn't that what I was paying you to do??) Don't trust them with your money, and don't waste your time. I would say you get what you pay for, but with them, you get even less. The "deal" wasn't worth the madness. more

We have rented from martini for almost 11 months and we are glad it is coming to an end. Claiming we put intentionally garbage down the septic which is ridiculous. They didn't respond to 4 calls that we made for three days until the s... hit the fan. Claiming over $4000 in damages without showing any kind of receipts. When we refused to pay they illegally served us with eviction paper's . Their pathetic lawyer said and that's a quote " we just want them out any way possible as they refuse to pay the repairs" . Our lawyer had him on speaker while we were sitting in his office. If you are dealing with Jason or Melissa you will deal with dishonest, pathetic, lazy , unreliable folks. If you are thinking about renting a horse property in fountain from them ...don't do it. Wish I didn't have to give them a star at all but that's not an option. more

The company is a absolutely failure. We are renting from them now and it has been nothing but a nightmare. They NEVER answer calls or emails and if they do they are rude and seem annoyed. Repairs??? Forget it!! If something isn't working don't count on them fixing it. The manager is constantly carrying a gun and wants to appear intimidating. Be smart, read the reviews and don't deal with martini. more

I will not renew my lease with them. The owner or manager (not sure what to believe)is lazy and unreliable. I agree with all of the owners or renters ,do not deal with martini investment!! more

I could write a book on the under handed actions of Martini Investments. The best decision we made was to fire them and go with another property management company. I hope this review can spare others the complete hassle of having to deal with this company. For starters, their communication was terrible. Emails have gone unanswered, and phone calls unreturned. We have the added disadvantage of living in another state (which they are well aware of), and having to rely on their word for feedback on how our home is doing. The tenant living in our home dismantled our garage door. We have the pictures to prove it. According to one garage door company, we have in writing the door needed to be replaced. This is in addition to the pictures. We had been trying to work with Martini Investments to get the tenants to pay for the garage door replacement (here is the frustrating part: emails unanswered, phone calls not returned) when suddenly we get an email from them stating that the garage door is now fine, and that they had two garage door companies go out there and determine that the door was in perfect working order. Of course, they provided pictures of my now perfect garage door. But no work was done by any garage door company, so who had been messing with my garage door? (this was a question they selectively ignored and never answered). I asked about the other two garage door companies that supposedly looked at my garage door. I was told that they didn't want to put anything in writing. I then asked for their names so I could at least talk to them. (again, I was selectively ignored). We are close friends with our old neighbors, and we talked to them often. Many times it was reported that there were people living there (not just visiting), who were not on the lease (I never got a response on this either). I cannot begin to describe the frustration we have had dealing with this company. My advice to anyone looking for a property management company would be to go elsewhere. It's too bad I have to give them a star. more

They evicted my friend for back owed, which wasn't really back owed, it was money they used to make repairs so the place would pass a housing inspection. They told her they would fix it up so she didn't have to move because she had qualified for housing, then they charged her for the repairs. They evicted her over this money, which she doesn't have to pay because the judge realized what they were doing, but she does have to move and will now lose her housing due to the eviction. She's asked them not to put the eviction on her credit because she'll lose housing, and they say they are doing it because she wouldn't let them come into her home after her brother died. at least they didn't get away with stickin her for a bill that wasn't hers.. The vindictiveness and uncaringness about people I hope comes back to them as Karma. They lie, and they steal. Yes they sure got even, they put a 3 yr old on the street, and went out of their way to make sure her mom won't be able to put another roof over their head. Way to go Martini Investments, you DEVILS you. Don't rent from them. more

If I could give these people 0 stars, I would. We've had 2 families rent our property since we decided to rent it out instead of sell, and Martini Investments has been awful. Our old neighbor would call us and tell us all the shady things that Martini was doing to the renters. These people are non-responsive lazy liars. We'll email them or call them and they won't answer. Our tenants will email them or call them and they won't answer. It takes a number of attempts at contacting them for them to get anything done. Our latest renters told us that they notified Martini in June that they'd be moving out at the end of July. Martini told us just a couple of days ago (July 23rd) that the renters just told them that they would be moving out. LIE. Now we have almost no time at all to try to re-rent the house. Their office manager quit last year, and before she did, she told us that we shouldn't trust Martini and that she'd seen some shady things going on, which is why she quit. more
