Review content:
We moved in July 1, 2014. So far our experience with Melissa and Jason has been very pleasant. We moved into a house that tenants did not the care of it the way they should have. However Melissa and Jason have done nothing but help us correct the issues. I met with Melissa, she noted the issues and immediately sent in work orders to fix them. We also had a few issues with the hoa about lawn condition and trash left outside due to the previous tenants leaving their things and not taking care of the lawn. Melissa and Jason were very prompt on informing us of the issues so we could take care of them before receiving any potential fines. I appreciate their diligence and patience in all of these matters and I'm sure they will be most helpful with anything to come. Thank you. Heather @ Kettle Drum
