I was amazed that they didn't know much about the cars we were looking for. 3 things really impressed me about Journey Ford. 1 - They have product specialists (not sales guys) ...

I have always been very wary of car dealerships, and this time was no different. I have to say that each person I dealt with from the sales person (Richardson) to the Finance and paperwork guy (Bill), the experience was entirely pleasant. I was ready to do battle with my numbers in hand, but as it turned out, there was no haggling...just ""here's our best offer, do you want it?"" And it matched what I came in to see if I could get! Highly recommend this dealership. more

I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Focus with 9600 miles on it through Journey Ford. I was pleased with the excellent service that I received from everyone that I talked with from the very start. I worked with Ethan Stone and he was very professional. \r A few days after the purchase I called to let them know that there was no owner's manual in the glove dept - I did find that rather dismaying. However they quickly had one delivered within a few days. I also noticed that there was fraying on the back ledge of the car which I thought must have been done by a cat since it was a used car. I brought it in 10 days after I bought it and found out that it was because of the material used on the back ledge. Opening and closing the trunk caused the fraying of the material. It took only 2 hours to replace it with much studier material and it was under the warranty. No complaints - top notch service - thank you! more
