I was amazed that they didn't know much about the cars we were looking for. 3 things really impressed me about Journey Ford. 1 - They have product specialists (not sales guys) ...

Roger knows me by name, got me in and out in 1.5 hours!!! lovely waiting room (I asked to have the t.v. turned off) and time passed quickly. Donny washed my truck and did a fabulous job. I visited the sales room and Victoria showed me a Ford Fusion hybrid! more

The courtesy and communication of the service advisors couldn't have been better. I love my service advisor Fran! He is the best. I will continue to make the drive all the way from Fairfield to this business just because of him. more

My service experiences with this business have always been positive. I went to this business without an appointment. They were really good, and they accommodated me while I was waiting for my vehicle. They went above and beyond. I always have Fran as my service advisor, and he is wonderful. He always explains everything to me. more

When I walked into the business it was like back in the 50's. Everyone was smiling; they were very helpful and kind. There was no delay and they directed you exactly where you needed to go. They went above and beyond and Roger, the service advisor, actually took the piece out and tagged it for me to get it taken care of. The shuttle service was very nice and everything was positive. more
