I've seen them before and found them thorough, but slow. Today it took over 2 hours for a standard exam, and I barely saw the doctor - it was all wait time. Ridiculous, but that was just the beginning. \r
\r
When I left the office today my right eye felt irritated. Six hours later I can barely see out of it. I phoned but never got past the receptionist who acted as if I had no right to phone with a concern after a visit. When pressed, she said the doctors had gone home, (it was 4:15). I asked what I should do, and she said just wait. \r
\r
WAIT?\r
\r
When I asked to speak to someone, she argued with me, but left, and then came back and said the tech said to just wait. She then told me it wasn't that bad, so long as my vision hadn't changed. \r
\r
WHAT? \r
\r
I said but it HAD, so she asked what I expected her to do. I said, ""what do you usually do in a case like this?"" There was silence. I asked again, and she said I could make another appointment. I asked if they had a system for patients with post appointment concerns, and she repeated that I could make an appointment. Eventually a second person got on and offered to make me an appointment. I asked when I'd be seen, and she said I could be seen tomorrow at another office (40 minutes further away). I asked what I would be charged for this, and she said they'd charge whatever my regular copay was. \r
\r
EXCUSE ME?\r
\r
I've liked the care here in the past, but any doctor seems good as long as nothing goes wrong; the real measure is how they handle problems. The attitude of the receptionist and having NO system for post appointment problems was shocking. They acted as if they were a nail salon and the problem was a bit of spilled polish, not eyes they are treating.\r

This place serves up BAD medicine.
Pros: thorough exams, doctors seem knowledgable
Cons: expensive, very slow, and appalling after care
