Review content:
Just returned from picking up my Tahoe with it's newly installed headliner. Installation was (admitted by the owner) accomplished by a first time installer. The installer admitted he was a sewing machine operator and had never installed a headliner before in his life. As you can imagine, the headliner looked exactly as you would expect. The sun visors were really a mess, the seams on the side, were gapped open and you could see the glue had not held in a lot of places. The small extensions in the ends of the sun visors would not pull out, they were glued in. When I showed this to the owner, he lit into me w/ the ""f word"" and ""Gd"" as if I was one of his employees. I know this, because I had to endure the ""discussion"" he had with the employees who did the work.\r

The owner did however, without my asking, reduce the final price. What I ended up with is a poorly installed headliner w/ glue spots on it and wrinkles around the edges. You can tell the installer really worked hard on it, because it's also dirty in places. The sun visors still look pretty bad, but they did get the extensions unstuck. This is a pretty rough place as well. In addition to having to listen to the owner chew me and his employees out, I also had to listen to the only female in the office tell some of the other employees how she disliked one of the other guys because he was 'gross' and was always scratching himself.\r
\r
Not recommended at all, especially for ladies. I would suggest looking elsewhere.\r

UPDATE: Here it is, a month later and I have just discovered that it is worse than I thought. The screws have come out of the overhead console and now will not tighten as they should. Also, both pieces of window trim on the rear window are broken down in the screw holes and have come loose. Great workmanship!
Pros: came highly recommended
Cons: read the riview - visit at your own risk!
