I think we got lost in the shuffle. Dropped the van off on June 17. As of July 17, still had not received information on problem and still not repaired. Almost 5 weeks for spark...

People oriented 6/28/2015

In addition to the great car repair service and prices we've come to know, they went over and above for me this time. Because of conflicting travel and work schedules my husband and I had, Maplewood let me drop my car off 2 weeks before we were able to pick it up and get it fixed and ready for my husband to pay for on a Friday so we could pick it up on that Saturday. You're the best in many ways! more

I've taken my car to Maplewood for 4 years now and have always been happy with the service. My car is almost always done the day I turn it in. They're great about explaining what they see and what they're doing, and I never feel like they're fishing for things to fix/change just to add some extra money to the bill. more

Efficient, reliable service 6/13/2015

My son recommended Maplewood Auto to me when I moved to Holland and I have been very satisfied with their service to my car and the customer service provided to me. They explain everything clearly and, most importantly, never push repairs on me which are not needed. I appreciate their honest approach to car maintenance and repair and would not hesitate to recommend this company to all of my friends. I'd never go anywhere else! more

Quality service 5/30/2015

I have been using Maplewood Auto (MA) for years to service my vehicles. My most recent service was a last minute water pump leak. MA worked my car into their schedule and had it fixed within a couple of days. The bad pump, from a source that they no longer use, was installed by them about 1-2 years previously. They replaced it with an OEM free of charge. Maplewood Auto does quality work and stands by it. more
