I think we got lost in the shuffle. Dropped the van off on June 17. As of July 17, still had not received information on problem and still not repaired. Almost 5 weeks for spark...

Front end needed work. They did what needed to be done to keep me safely on the road-aiming for my first quarter million miles in a couple months. She's still tickin'. Maplewood's been doin'it for me for over 25 years now. more

I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times (my fault not theirs) and they managed to squeeze me in last minute. Everything was done quickly and with a smile. Love working with the guys. more

Transmission Flush 8/11/2015

The work was completed fine, but now the transmission slips. It did not before. Told something about adjusting the computer? I'm becoming a skeptic toward preventive maintenance if the maintenance creates problems that then need to be fixed. more

I have no mechanical skills so it is easy for unscrupulous mechanics to take advantage of me. That doesn't happen at MAI. Their mechanics treat me with honesty, fairness and extreme competence. They even explain their work! Thanks! more
