I think we got lost in the shuffle. Dropped the van off on June 17. As of July 17, still had not received information on problem and still not repaired. Almost 5 weeks for spark...

Thank you so much for your service. I am fairly new to Holland and didn't know any mechanics. I was recommended to you so I tried it. So far so good. I don't have a lot of money, so have you ever considered a payment plan if someone needs major repairs and can't afford to do it all at once? Or how about a plan to pay you so much a month even before service and have a sort of savings account with you for future repairs. Thanks for your service and I will be back. more

Totally Satisfied....AGAIN!!! 2/5/2015

We brought our Mountaineer in with what appeared to be a drive train issue. It was determined that the vehicle is in great condition and the drive train is just fine. They did find a ball bearing that was going out. We decided to get it fixed as long as the car was there. There was NO pressure to do so....our decision. It was fixed at a VERY fair price. We are extremely happy with MAI!!!! Thanks to the guys for wonderful, honest, timely service! more

I know that whenever I have an issue with my car, or scheduled maintenance, I can visit Maplewood Auto for the most knowledgeable advice and econimical solution to get me back on the road and feeling safe and confident about my automobile more

New battery 1/15/2015

My car was not starting like it should. I called the guys at Maplewood and was able to stop in that day. They installed a new battery, checked the starter and alternator and declared me good to go! All done at a very fair price!! more

None better 1/14/2015

The technician at the desk gave me a complete rundown of what the mechanic / technician did and what he found. I was impressed with the level of service from a non-dealer, independent garage like they are. They found the problems and recommended the solutions. Everything was done transparently giving me great confidence. The loaner vehicle was also much appreciated. more

From start to finish, my auto problem was correctly diagnosed, estimated honestly, and repaired fully to my satisfaction. There were a couple time delays, understandably, due to holidays, but good communication and courtesy beyond my expectations made the overall experience great. more
