I think we got lost in the shuffle. Dropped the van off on June 17. As of July 17, still had not received information on problem and still not repaired. Almost 5 weeks for spark...

Town and Country - Pre vacation inspection 8/18/2013

Maplewood Auto Team, I would like to thank you for a job well done on our family Town and Country van. I brought it to you with the mission of getting it prepared for a once in a lifetime family vacation out west. I shared my concerns about driving a vehicle with 125,000+ miles on it to far away destinations. You gave me advice about adding a transmission cooler as we intended to pull a small camper. You promoted some replacement of some parts and performing some service while wisely discouraging some other spending. The trip was an absolute success. We had a great time and van performed flawlessly...well beyond our expectations. We completed the 5,200 mile trip with confidence. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us! Dave Lutke more

Honest, hardworking people 8/9/2013

We have been extremely satisfied with Maplewood Auto over the years. They provide accurate estimates and are honest about what needs to be repaired and what does not. I had a heat shield that came loose under my truck. Rather than ordering a new one, they replaced the rusted strap at 20% of the cost. It's rare to find this level of service and integrity today. more

What I love about Maplewood Auto is that they truly care about their customers. They explain things well even to those of us who are not car saavy in a way that we can understand. They charge based on the work that was done and will fix things if they continue to be a problem without overcharging. We have always been so happy bringing our car to Maplewood, and even drive an hour to do so just because of the quality of service we receive more

Attention to detail 7/26/2013

Maplewood does a great job of looking at the whole picture. Since we bought our tires from them, they watch to see when they need to be rotated. We had our car in for a cooling issue, and they went ahead and rotated the tires (for free) since it was needed. I had forgotten to ask them to do this so it was nice they remembered. more
