I think we got lost in the shuffle. Dropped the van off on June 17. As of July 17, still had not received information on problem and still not repaired. Almost 5 weeks for spark...

Service 12/8/2013

Everything was great, except that I wish I had been notified earlier in the day of the item found during the check-up. I then had to request the service when I came to pick up the vehicle, and had to wait for it to be performed. Wanted to wait though. It's not that easy to leave a vehicle in the shop for a day. more

We love the honesty, friendliness, and integrity of Maplewood Auto. They never try to add on additional services which are not needed. They talk to us by name and will answer any questions we ask. They always work to our satisfaction. They will let us know if a repair is urgent, or if it can wait, if it will cause other issues, etc. We never worry about taking any of our vehicles there. more
