Maplewood Auto Team, I would like to thank you for a job well done on our family Town and Country van. I brought it to you with the mission of getting it prepared for a once in a lifetime family vacation out west.
I shared my concerns about driving a vehicle with 125,000+ miles on it to far away destinations.
You gave me advice about adding a transmission cooler as we intended to pull a small camper. You promoted some replacement of some parts and performing some service while wisely discouraging some other spending.
The trip was an absolute success. We had a great time and van performed flawlessly...well beyond our expectations. We completed the 5,200 mile trip with confidence.
