I have now brought my vehicle to Maplewood Auto twice and both experiences have been wonderful. As someone who knows very little about cars, when a problem does arise it can be intimidating walking into an auto shop. But at Maplewood, I, and my car, have been treated well. I trust their expertise and honesty in what needs to be fixed in a certain timeline and at what cost. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of, like I have at other auto shops. Instead, I feel like they are instructing me the same way my father would if he was still taking care of my vehicle. Thank you, Maplewood!
