I think we got lost in the shuffle. Dropped the van off on June 17. As of July 17, still had not received information on problem and still not repaired. Almost 5 weeks for spark...

Service is the name of the game 9/9/2014

These guys come through for me again. I will continue use MAI and will continuebto send my friends and family to them as well. A super clean shop and waiting room. I waited for the work to be done this time. I used their wireless to connect my laptop, so I was able to wor while I waited. Use these guys ,, you will not regret it. more

Communication & FollowUp 8/13/2014

Communication and care was superb! I had called to cancel my apt the last week of July and apparently it did not get off the books, so Joe called to make sure my vehicle concerns were met and I rescheduled with him. Judy gave me a ride to work because of the rain. Two calls from Jason regarding what was needed and the expected costs before proceeding. I really appreciate this team! more
