I think we got lost in the shuffle. Dropped the van off on June 17. As of July 17, still had not received information on problem and still not repaired. Almost 5 weeks for spark...

You are working with used cars. You provide answers to what the problem was & what was done. Keep looking for any other potential problems as you are working on them as most of us do not take great care of our cars until something goes wrong more

I scheduled this work to happen during an out of town trip. They completed it as requested and also accomodated an emailed addition to the planned work. Work was done on time and met original estimate. more
