I know that they will take great care of my dog. I used to be a vendor for Maple Hills Vet and I saw how much love and care they give to their animals in the back... It was never for show, because they would never know when i would be there, nor that i was looking for a vet for my dog. I would never go anywhere else and i love the great care they give my dog. more

One star is being way too kind!!! This is the worst service and treatment I have ever had. Took my cat here because he was getting thin and I thought it was time to get a check. They told me he had a thyroid problem and game him pills to take 2x/day. After taking the pills my cat could barely move and stopped eating completely. Called the vet back the next day, Saturday, in the morning. After not hearing back, we called again only to find they were closed. After mult. Messages, the vet finally returned our call at 9:37 that evening telling us to give him another pill. I told him after all the research we had done, they said not to give pills again until cat perks up. He agreed and told us to call in the morning. Sunday we called back and were told to be there at 11:00. Vet closed when we arrived and he showed up at 11:30, said the cat was dehydrated and needed fluids so he was admitting him and he could go home in 24 hours. PiSSED OFF!!!!!!! 7/16/2012

I started taking my puppy here in Feb. 2012 when I got him. He was 2months. All seemed normal til he had a bad allergic reaction to a flea bite. Not thinking anything, my husband n I took him to the vet.for treatment. Us not thinking anything would go wrong, we.just wanted to help him. They gave him antibiotics n steroids. The bumps from reaction cleared but then we noticed patches of hair loss. Yet again, another concern. We took him in, again! This time they thought ringworm. Did a cultural n negative! N I even said its not that, looked nothing like it n he wasnt itching. Anyway, there goes more $ for useless info. I began researching online. N what I found seemed to be demodex mites. So next appt for vaccine took him to the union blvd office. Right off the back she said looks like he has mites. She did a scraping, n what do u know, positive! Turns out steroids caused mites to get active. She unlike the others, is awesome! Started him on ivermectin treatmemts every 2wks. One day he more

Cannot be trusted. Shysters and incompetent to boot. Do yourself a big favor and find a board certified vet. The price they quote you and what they actually charge is highway robbery. Shady, shady and shady. more

I take the responsibility of finding a doctor for my little guy very seriously. I wanted a small practice and one that was close by my home. This veterinary clinic fit the bill and then some. From the first moment I arrived, I was greeting with warm smiles and friendly staff. more

Nice kind staff. The doctor seemed very intelligent and knew his stuff. All in all I think I've found the family Vet. I'd recommend this place for anyone who needs top level care for their animals. more

Amazing experience. We have two bulldogs that require special handling and were more than satisfied. I no longer feel held hostage by vets by my love of my pets. Very caring, reasonable and very personable. I would recommend them to everyone more

Our little nervous ninny was never fearful when she was in their office. They truly CARE about the animal and the family. Though we just lost our sweet little 12.5 year old girl, they compassionately helped us through the process. more

In November, my nearly 15 year old shih tzu had suddenly taken ill, and the kind folks here told us to come in right away. My dog died in my arms as we pulled into the parking lot. Both the sig-oth and I were total, blubbering wrecks. They showed us the most compassionate kindness, respected our privacy, gave us the time we needed to grieve, and did not take advantage of our compromised emotional state. more

GREAT PERSON 5/4/2012

I had an ex vandalize my car. It was a really bad situation. I was distraught and decided to take it to MAACO. They ended up finishing a day earlier than they said and the car was so perfect! Better than before that whole mess happened! more
