Review content:
I started camp in March of this year (2011) and it was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. The first week is the toughest - but you go at your own pace and EVERYONE (truly everyone) are super supportive and encouraging. Sam and all the trainers are really good and know what they are always helpful with any questions that you may have. I'm lucky that my group are amazing women and we all help and support each in and outside camp. I've lost a ton of weight and gained muscle but not the bulky muscle that no woman wants.....it's really one of the highlights of my day. I highly recommend joining up, you won't regret it.
