Had a bad experience with a rude young male staff member. When we picked up our dogs it was obvious they hadn't been potty in a while. They peed for almost 5 straight minutes outside. When I realized that I left one of the dogs collars in the building my boyfriend went in to get it and slipped on urine. The male staff member scolded my boyfriend saying it was our dogs urine. Then he argued that the collar would not have been left at the facility. The sweet lady at the desk had already retrieved the lost collar for my boyfriend and scolded the young male for not letting the dogs out more frequently. To which the male staff member responded,"" don't you EVER, correct me in front of people!"" Needless to say Petsmart will forever have our business and we will never return to Man's Best Friend! more

Amazing 12/20/2010

Duke is a great dog and he loves to play; but he often played with things he shouldn't. His favorite “toys” were anything he could shred; books, magazines and Kleenex boxes. Most days also included attempts at Killing” (shaking and beating against the wall) rugs and pillows. Now he sticks to his own toys. Training has been great and even our other dog Samson has picked up on a lot of the commands. more

Amazing Improvement 12/14/2010

Kylie has come such a long way in the month and a half since we started with Man’s Best Friend. The two weeks she was here for one on one training were the best. She showed amazing improvement and was much calmer. The trainer was amazing with Kylie. He worked with us on how to correct and train Kylie. My 3 and 5 year olds learned quite a bit during our lessons. We are looking forward to the group training.\r P.S. Since she has come home she has pretty much stopped chewing on things she is not supposed to.\r more

MBF is the Best!!! 11/19/2010

Our dog Sweetie is exactly what her name implies, sweet. If she is taught something she will remember it. This is a new found quality though. Our little girl was out of control until we brought her to Man’s Best Friend for obedience training. The trainer did a wonderful job in calming her down and making her a much better companion. We are having much more fun these days and looking forward to more training.\r Thanks to all your staff.\r more

Great! 10/27/2010

In just 2 weeks Cooper has learned to heel & walk with me. He sits before walking through doors. He is no longer going potty in the house. He is also training me to have patience & be a good leader. Joe has been great in helping me train Cooper to be a great puppy! Cooper lives working with the friendly staff. Everyone who works here helps train me and Cooper! I would give the highest recommendations to Joe & Man’s Best Friend! more

Much Better! 10/12/2010

Boss is doing much better than before. He now is listening to what I tell him and not what he wants to. She still barks at people at home but it is not as aggressive as before. I am sure when we have finished he will be a great protection dog and most important under my control. Thanks Man’s Best Friend! more

Overall Man's Best Friend is the best and most highly recommended training for dogs! I am one of those people that will highly recommend Man's Best Friend! I will always thank and will keep on thanking everyone that helped not just me but also my pup jack! more

Lady 5/6/2009

Lady has been a delight. She has also presented some challenges for us while learning to live in a metropolitan area. Man's Best Friend and it's trainer have been a blessing for her leash training and behavior modification especially for me, her owner. The group classes have reinforced her commands and behavior...thanks for all you've done, Jane T. more
