Review content:
Had a bad experience with a rude young male staff member. When we picked up our dogs it was obvious they hadn't been potty in a while. They peed for almost 5 straight minutes outside. When I realized that I left one of the dogs collars in the building my boyfriend went in to get it and slipped on urine. The male staff member scolded my boyfriend saying it was our dogs urine. Then he argued that the collar would not have been left at the facility. The sweet lady at the desk had already retrieved the lost collar for my boyfriend and scolded the young male for not letting the dogs out more frequently. To which the male staff member responded,"" don't you EVER, correct me in front of people!"" Needless to say Petsmart will forever have our business and we will never return to Man's Best Friend!
