OK Service 3/24/2014

Service was OK this visit. Only comment I have is that I was advised I had a daytime lamp out and they could change it for $2-3 dollars. However, upon paying my bill I was charged almost 6.00 dollars. Sure it is a small no big deal... but the lamp does not work. So don't ask to change it if your not going to validate the lamp is working after the fact. Kudos for the correct window next service date/mileage cling vs. the stickers. more

easy to get in to complete work 3/4/2014

However, when 4 set of tires were purchased, the tech did not put in the correct valve stem in one tire. This was corrected on previous visit, however I returned to Rapid City and the replaced stem is leaking. This tired is on the front drivers side. I was forced to have a different company replace the stem, thus costing more $$$. This issue could have been devastating had it caused a the tire to BLOW!!! Sorry to say..... I'm NOT impressed. Not only did the tech make a mistake once, but twice!!! We pay good $$ for a new set of 4 tires, but to have to have the issues fixed after leaving your company is UNACCETBLE and could have been DEADLY. more
