However, when 4 set of tires were purchased, the tech did not put in the correct valve stem in one tire. This was corrected on previous visit, however I returned to Rapid City and the replaced stem is leaking. This tired is on the front drivers side. I was forced to have a different company replace the stem, thus costing more $$$. This issue could have been devastating had it caused a the tire to BLOW!!! Sorry to say..... I'm NOT impressed. Not only did the tech make a mistake once, but twice!!! We pay good $$ for a new set of 4 tires, but to have to have the issues fixed after leaving your company is UNACCETBLE and could have been DEADLY.
