this was my first time at Manley Tire and I was very impressed. I did my pre-ordering on-line and they had my tires in the next day! When I got there the place was packed and I still only had to wait 5 minutes to take my car in. I'm very happy with all facets of this purchase. The tires, price, and service!!! more

my front passenger hubcab was put on backwards, my tire pressure sensor was not reset, thus I had to make a trip back here to fix it. I asked if my rear brakes were ok, and was told they always check them and they were fine and "we would tell you if they weren't". I felt they were getting worn and took them in for a check elsewhere and the brakes were at 5%. Liked your new waiting area though. more

I was very disappointed in my last Manley Tire Visit. I had expected a good experience and left very frustrated - feeling like I was not valued and all Manley Tires wanted was my money. The Person at the desk did not answer any of my questions - just kept answering the phone and saying sorry - but continually tapping the invoice for my money. He answered the phone six times while I was trying to ask him a question while paying my bill. I was talked into a more expensive tire - as I was told the tires I had called previously about were on order and these more expensive tires would be better. I had already driven out from Sioux Falls - so I agreed - which I will never do again. We have a van that needs tires - but we will not go to Manley again. I even told the man at the counter I felt ignored and needed my question answered. He just answered another phone and said he had too many things to do - so couldn't answer my question. I will never go to Manley Tire Center again and I will not recommend Manley to anyone I know. Customer Service is important - but it was obvious to me that Manley has changed and is not the customer/service oriented company it once was. Not one person was friendly except for the man who sold me a more expensive tire than had been quoted to me right before I came to purchase. more

was there for a tire repair and rotation and took a long time and was told my front end was loose but couldn't tell me what needed to be fixed. more

I made the mistake of not asking for an estimate before I let them replace a hub unit bearing on my Chevy pickup. I felt I was gouged on both parts and labor. Also the lug nut cover was not installed correctly and luckily I found it before it fell off completely. more

I have trade with Manley tire for years and have nothing but good things to say about them. Good service, honestly delivered at good prices. What more could you ask? more

Manley Tire has great customer service the whole time a customer is waiting for their car. They are truthful of what needs to be done to your car and their prices are great. more
