I was able to get my vehicle serviced with no wait ..I was a walk-in customer, and the team treated me like I bought the car from Malcom Cunningham

Worst

I had an air bag light and took my 2015 Sonata in for diagnosis. I was told that it would take more than 2 hours for the diagnosis. I requested a loaner car as I could not wait ...

Great Service Until My Wheel and Side Mirror Were Scratched... 6/18/2014

Everything was handled okay with the exception of them bringing out my car and my front right tire being all scratched up, along with my side mirror being turned inward and scratched. Whoever was driving the car from the service center up to the service desk where NOT very careful. I now have a scratched side mirror and scratched wheel. I pointed this out to my service advisor and he said he would be in touch with me Monday or Tuesday after he was able to talk to the paint and wheel guy the dealership uses. Its almost close of business on Tuesday and I have heard absolutely nothing from the service advisor or anyone from the dealership. more
