I was invalved in an accident, taken away by ambulance, and me vehicle was towed to MAK towing, they wouldn't let me drive it out, they wouldn't let me take pictures, i was injure...

I was invalved in an accident, taken away by ambulance, and me vehicle was towed to MAK towing, they wouldn't let me drive it out, they wouldn't let me take pictures, i was injured and had to get my school books out and they wouldn't let anyone come with me to carry my stuff. I had to pay their storage and towing fee, and i had a diffrent tow company go pick it up, and they wouldn't let the other tow company take it till i paid the fees AGAIN!! they tried to double charge me!!! after having to drive all the way down there AGAIN and threatening to take them to court they finally released my truck, after 3 hours of arguing with them more

Horrible people with horrible dispositions. There's nice tow people out there, avoid these people at all cost. more

Avoid at all cost 5/9/2007

After my buddy totaled his motorcycle we went a couple days later to pick it up. When we got there they would NOT let me drive my truck in the yard to pick it up, they made my buddy push it a couple hundred feet out of their yard (he was still limping from the accident) The bike wouldn't push straight and wouldn't come out of gear so pushing it was a big chore!\r When I went to help him they yelled at me telling me I couldn't help him push it, I politely asked the guy to help him push it then and he got enraged and yelled back more at me!\r HORRIBLE experience definitely would recommend going elsewhere.\r Cons: They have awful attitude more
